"Will I be affected by the digital switch in 2009?"
If you have cable or satellite service... No, you will not be affected by the switch. If you have an antenna or "rabbit ears" to receive off air programming... Then YES, you will be affected by the switch. "I already have my equipment, will ECI install it?"
