"I'm not sure where to start?"
It's very simple, call one of our offices to set up a FREE Design-build consultation and one of our techs will come to your home with suggestions on where to begin and how to find what your looking for.

"I purchased my installation from one of ECI's major retail partners, how do I continue to receive service?"
ECI develops personal relationships with all our clients however we meet. If you have questions concerning anything from products to install, please contact us first. Some cases the issue or question is solved right over the phone! If the problem is not as simple, we have probably seen it before and can help you solve it fast.

"ECI was my Firedog installer when I purchased install through Circuit City, how will their closing affect me?"
Despite the closing of Circuit City, Electronic Concepts inc is open and ready to continue servicing all our Circuit City clients directly! Any extended equipment warranties will be honored for the duration of the policy. However, Firedog installation warranties no longer exist. ECI would like to extend an invitation to start a new relationship with you and your system. All work done directly with ECI carries our standard installation warranty.

"I already have my equipment, will ECI install it?"
Absolutely! We specialize in our professional installations. Whether your moving, or just want to finally install your new equipment that's been sitting on its original box for 3 months, we're here to help.

"I'm building/remodeling my home, when should I contact ECI about getting service?"
ASAP! New construction is the perfect time to get us involved. We will meet you at the job site to help you design a system from the ground up, as well as be a team member every step of the way until completion. Having ECI involved from the start is the sure fire way to ensure its done right from beginning to end, and is a great way to SAVE MONEY!

"I just moved into a completed house, is it too late?"
Of course it's not too late. Retro fit is our middle name. Nothing is impossible with ECI. We can start from scratch or help you locate any pre-existing info structure that will help achieve the system you have in mind.
